"To develop the scientific and methodological basis for the definition of a reasonable level of detail exploration for oil and gas in order to increase the efficiency of exploration" (State contract on 29.11.2005 №AT-03-13 / 239)
2006, MNR, OM Prischepa.
The scientific-methodical approach that allows to implement the principle of rational subsoil use license for geological study of the object (using the definition of size, location and composition of objects and promising license areas), to prepare the foundation exploration program at each site exploration and the region as a whole, aimed at an objective assessment of the possible increase in reserves, as well as an informed management decisions to engage prospective areas in the licensing process.
The recommendations for the definition of a rational level of detail exploration for oil and gas in the license areas, as well as recommendations on the justification degree (depth) study of the license area and the share of resources possible to translate into reserves. Criteria for evaluation of effective resource for the study of the license area, petroleum district, an area of the province. Present a proposal for the definition of the volume of exploration, meeting the interests of the state and subsoil users.
It is recommended to accept and include licensing agreements volume of work aimed at studying the cost-effective and cost-effective shareware perspective (localized) and probable reserves of oil and gas facilities.
"Summarizes the results of geological investigations carried out in the Timan-Pechora province in 1994-2004, to carry out the forecast zones of oil and localization of objects of subsoil use the unallocated subsoil fund" (State contract number AT-03-13 / 159 from 05.09.2005)
2007 Ministry of Russia, OM Prischepa
The results of geological investigations carried out in the Timan-Pechora province in 1994-2004 years. Built a series of maps of tectonic and sedimentary, litho-paleogeographic, hydrodynamic regime, the spatial distribution of promising oil and gas reservoirs with explanatory notes and, based on the forecast zones of oil carried out to select promising areas for exploration (consistent with medium-term programs, licensing and reproduction of stocks) in within the unallocated subsoil fund, which serve as the basis for the formation of public policy development of hydrocarbon resources in the region. The evaluation of the resource potential of promising areas, defined volumes of exploration costs by type of activity, and increase the efficiency of exploration of oil and gas.
"Summarizes the results of geological investigations carried out within the Lena-Tunguska petroleum province in 1994 - 2004 years, to carry out the forecast zones of oil and localization of objects of subsoil use the unallocated subsoil fund in the territory of the eastern part of the Siberian platform" (Subcontract with SNIIGGiMS № 194/03 from 12.09.2005)

According to the licensing program area Nepa Botuobiya NGOs by 2012 should be fully otlitsenzirovana. According to the results of studies on this subject are given suggestions to the directions of regional exploration in Tokminsko-Kurinskoy, Katanga, Murbaysko-Bagdynskoy and Vilyui-Otradninskoy oil and gas areas in order to attract subsoil and increase the investment attractiveness neotlitsenzirovannoy part of the territory.
The results of the work displayed on the five cards.
Forecast map clastic reservoirs Tokminsko-Kurinskoy (Yarakta pack) zones of petroleum, 1: 000 in January 1000.

The estimation of drilling and geophysical studies on 01.01.2008, made up of petroleum and refined zoning map and study the distribution and unallocated subsoil fund federal districts. Monitor the results of exploration work for 2005 - 2007 years., For 9 months and expected in 2008 due to all sources of funding for the Timan-Pechora PNC, PNC Baltic NGOs and the Far East. The analysis of the current state of the subsoil. Conducts an annual update of the regional programs of work at the expense of the federal budget, licensing programs and the list of licensing for hydrocarbons. Developed and refined regional program of work at the expense of the federal budget, licensing program and the list of licensing for hydrocarbons in the 2009 - 2010 biennium.

Submitted: reprocessing and reinterpretation of seismic data in the volume of 30.6 thousand. Rm. km, of which the sea area - 10.8 thousand. rm. km, gravity and aeromagnetic surveys in excess of 80.0 thousand. km2; compilation and analysis of the results of the integrated interpretation of geological and geophysical data (including GIS data, cores, seismic, gravity, aeromagnitki) linking material in the transition zone "land-sea"; litho- and biostratigraphic correlation of stratigraphic reference section with exhaust gas; tectonic zoning works; analysis of the effectiveness of methods of geophysical studies in solving problems of the zonal and local forecast oil and gas potential and recommendations for improving the methods of observation, processing and evaluation of the quality of seismic data.
The focus of the report is given to the establishment of geological and geophysical model of the structure of the north of the Timan-Pechora province, including the adjacent part of the Pechora Sea shelf for six major oil and gas complexes.
The most important achievement of this work is to develop a method for detecting and mapping the development of zones of oil-based maps of natural reservoirs, built a framework that characterizes the accumulative opportunities, assess the levels and centers of hydrocarbon generation, in Vol. H. Sea.
The essential results of the study include an assessment of oil and gas resources, made on the basis of the methodology, as developed in VNIGRI and allowing on the basis of geological analogies to compare the studied zones of petroleum land and water areas with poorly known and get an answer about the possible presence of hydrocarbon concentration areas at significantly more fractional than oil and gas region, which in turn makes it possible to differentiate between land and offer promising areas for licensing.
The analysis of the effectiveness of methods of geophysical studies in solving problems of the zonal and local forecast oil and gas potential. Recommendations for improving the methods of observation, processing and evaluation of the quality of seismic data.
Analyzed and summarized the results of regional geological exploration carried out at the expense of the federal budget, regional budgets, subsoil assets (including major oil and gas companies), carried out in recent years. The analysis of the status and dynamics of the resource base of oil, gas and condensate within the area of study. The proposals in the areas and volumes of annual programs of regional exploration and licensing in the refinement of the program of 2009 - 2010. and until 2015 in the area of the sea and adjacent land continuation of the Timan-Pechora province.
The main result of research carried out under the project was the creation of a unified geological and geophysical model of the structure of the northern part of the Timan-Pechora province, including the transit zone and the offshore part of the Pechora (Barents) Sea, which helped to clarify the geological, tectonic structure and petroleum-zoning. On this basis, isolated and grounded parts of the unallocated subsoil fund within the allocated zones of oil on the main oil and gas complex with the purpose of licensing and prepared scientifically based program of regional exploration work at the expense of the federal budget for 2010 and subsequent years, and up to 2015.
